What are the rates of your services?
Our rates depend on the services that you want to use.
Our base minimum rate for self-employed individual starts at $100 per month for simple start bookkeeping and upto $3,000 for full charge bookkeeping for a firm.
The frequency of the services performed, the level of activity and the complexity of the account increases the base price. Clean up jobs may be quoted at a flat or hourly rate. Please contact us for a customized pricing for you or your firm.
What accounting software do we work with?
We work with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Enterprise and QuickBooks Online. We do not work with QuickBooks Self-Employed, QuickBooks for Mac or any other accounting platform that is not QuickBooks.
Is there a initial set-up fee?
We schedule meetings and briefings as necessary to fully understand the nature of your accounting, including recommendations for best practices, streamlining systems and processes, establishing needed peripheral services, designing a fully integrated tech stack, and advice on what reports will best guide progress toward your financial goals.
There may be an one time setup fee and fees if you have backlog in your books.
Will I be able to transfer my current records to Hamro Financial?
Yes. If your books are currently kept in QuickBooks™ we will import and convert your existing data file as needed for a seamless transition. If you are using any other accounting program, or none at all, we will start your books with the trial balance from your prior fiscal year.
How do I send stuff to Hamro Financial?
Every client is different and we provide several options for sending us your records. You can use a scanning APP on your phone when you are on the go, and you can scan and email your docs to your dedicated Hamro Financial team or simply drag and drop them onto your accounting desktop.
